Ta Prohm
Day 2. On the morning of our second day, we toured Ta Prohm with our friends Ron and Lisa.
Ta Prohm is also known as the Jungle Temple and was featured in one of the Tomb Raider movies. It is probably most famous for the giant trees that have grown in, around, through, and on top of the temple.
Here is one of the popular photo stops according to our guide. Looks like a man trying to climb over the wall. I am sure that the readers of my blog can see it.
There was more than enough to explore.
I like this picture of JeanMarie. She says that she was imagining the people that inhabited the temple and what it was like to live there. I think you can see it in her expression.
I told Maddie to “Always be modeling”, and she delivered!
A full morning. In the afternoon, we toured Angkor Wat. I’ll show that off in my next posting.
Beautiful, haunting, and other-worldly! Thank you for sharing. Nice modeling Maddie and Jeanmarie…love that purse!!! ❤
Amazing photos!!!
Thanks. I recently discovered Lightroom. Helps alot!
Every time I think I’ve seen THE coolest shots–you come back with some that are even MORE amazing!! What a cool place and how well you captured it!! BTW, Maddie could INDEED be a model; she has the beauty and the height and obviously the camera loves her. It’s also obvious that Maddie has inherited many of her parents wonderful features! (I really think you should submit some of your work to a travel magazine or the tourist bureau for the area–it’s that good and more.) Sorry to always be the one to write so much but I get inspired from your work….cheers and best to the Rust family (and their friends)!!
Thanks!
